Words Are Traps: Enlightenment Made Simple

This book takes the position that if a person’s conscience can be brainwashed or pressured by society in general, the person can reprogram themself by accepting themself the way they are (accepting your body and life conditions) and always being honest. The reprogramming of your conscience is the healing, repairing, and reforming of your divided ego back to the natural ONENESS of our shared Pure Spirit of everything. The reprogramming, or new self-awareness, that you have about yourself naturally keeps your awareness in “the present.” Honesty is the foundation that springboards us to natural success in life. We get so we are in touch with our conscience, our thoughts. We catch ourselves thinking about being dishonest, and we transform dishonesty to honesty. Continuous affirmations like “I am honest,” “I am not separate,” and  “I see how my energy affects others” lead to positive higher awareness. You will stay present to yourself with your honest attitude. You must catch and analyze how your robotic automatic lying responses unconsciously take you over and then stop the responses. Everything gets put together with honesty. Honesty is the major factor that grows happiness and spontaneous healing. Honesty will make you calmer. Complete inner and outer honesty is the foundation for success in all affairs. We manifest our good happenings from our solid foundation of honesty. Growing in awareness through being honest is spontaneous healing. The more we grow in awareness, the happier we become. All the cells in your body need to know that you are an honest person to grow to the farther reaches of Nature.

Oh, look! I just noticed that I was thinking about lying. Wow! I think about lying a lot. I am stopping all forms of dishonesty.

View your conscience. Stop your dishonesty and automatic lying. This is the fundamental underpinning to realize the world’s spiritual teachings. We are the same inside.

     When you are completely honest with yourself and others, you are “loving your neighbor as yourself,” and all the cells in your body become spiritualized by it.

A vision of a cloud appeared before me. Oh my God! Pictured within this cloud were the heads of what I determined later were spiritual masters. There was an Islamic man who was wearing a turban, a Hindu man who resembled Rabindranath Tagore, a Hebrew man, a Mongolian or Tibetan man, an Asian man, a Native American chief with a full headdress, and a Carmelite nun. It was a universal vision of psychological importance…

I had no intention for this to happen to me. I set out to have a career as a professional comedian. It happened to me. My life was altered. The contents of this book are what I have learned from the vision in the past forty-one years.
